Milestone
That is it from this match of the Abu Dhabi T10 league. Do join us for the next fixture that will begin shortly. This was Badal Pareek alongside my co-commentator Probuddha Bhattacharjee and our scorer/analyst Paras Yadav. Thanks for joining us, we will meet again soon, until then keep CREXing.
Chris Lynn | Player of the Match and Team Abu Dhabi Skipper: "Obviously, both teams bowled well. It was difficult at the start, but we came out on top. The wickets have been a little bit tricky. We have won our games very differently, which is good. Look, for me, it was about just being there, myself and Allen just milked the ball out there and had regular conversations. We have been a great group together that has a great bond, and I guess that is the key about Team Abu Dhabi."
Power Hitter of the Match Award goes to Chris Lynn.
Magic Moment of the Match Award goes to Naveen ul-Haq.
Fabian Allen: "It is a good condition, it was a great performance from the bowler. We had a team discussion earlier and I feel we went out there in the middle and executed it perfectly. It was great batting with Lynn out there."
Team Abu Dhabi won this match by 7 wickets. Not really a convincing performance by them, but they have done the job. That is all that matters.

Earlier in the day, The Chennai Braves won the toss and decided to bat first. Things have not gone according to plan for them as they lost three wickets in the first over itself. Naveen-ul-Haq went wild and blew away the Chennai top order. Post that, it was all about recovery and getting to a respectable total for Chennai. Only 4 batters in the lower middle order went past the 10-run mark.

Vriitya Aravind was their top scorer with 21 runs, the funny fact is he has a strike rate of below a hundred in a T10 game. They never really recovered from the horrific start that they had. The Braves ended up scoring 71 runs in their 10 overs. Naveen-ul-Haq was the start of the day with 3 wickets in his 2 overs. The Afghan speedster only conceded 7 runs.

Team Abu Dhabi started the second innings in the worst possible way losing three wickets within the first two overs. Big guns, Hales & Vince, departed early. Post that, Lynn took over and dominated the game. Shortly after, Fabian Allen joined the party.

Towards the end of the game, Allen smoked a few sixes and ensured that his team won it with quite a few balls to spare. A 7 wicket win in the end for Abu Dhabi. Dooley was the pick of the bowlers with 2 wickets for 4 runs off his 2 overs.
