That's it from our coverage of the ODI series between Bangladesh and India. Ninaad Dixit here signing off on behalf of my companions Arijit Kundu, Probuddha Bhattacharjee, and scorer/analyst Chandan Kumar Singh. Stay tuned for more cricket coverage from across the globe.
Bangladesh skipper Litton Das receives the series trophy. Their 7th consecutive ODI series win on home soil.
Litton Das (Bangladesh Captain): "Definitely, the way Ishan and Virat batted, the partnership cost us this game. They batted really well. Hats off to the way Ishan batted. We tried our best but our bowlers didn't find any solution.

If the score allows me to bat at 330 or 360, that's a different game, 400+ is a different ball game altogether. Yeah, definitely, they are a good side. We played good cricket. We played well in the last two games. But today wasn't really our day."
Mehidy Hasan Miraz (Player of the Series): "I am happy because this is the first time I have won the man of the series award in an ODI series so its a great moment for me. India is a very good side in any format. We are playing very well in the last 2 years especially in ODIs and we do have many experienced players in our team. We have a World Cup coming up and hopefully we can do better in the coming year.

The seniors are supporting us. They give us confidence and teach how we can get better in different situations and conditions."
Player of the Series: Mehidy Hasan Miraz
Ishan Kishan (Player of the Match): "I think it was a perfect wicket and situation to bat for me. I was looking forward to it and going well with the flow. When you have so many senior players in the field, and coach, when you get to the opportunity you should not think about the few and just get going. There was a lot of support staff also here and got some net sessions.

No, I was not thinking about it [about records]. The wicket was good and I was just thinking about the ball coming at me and playing my shots. Taskin was bowling well and getting some swing in the initial period. I knew that the wicket would play well later. I was taking my time and trying to smack the loose balls. There are a lot of support-staffs for our fitness, and we are trying to do our best on both the levels."
Player of the Match: Ishan Kishan
Most Valuable Player of the Match: Virat Kohli
Tiger of the Match: Shakib Al Hasan.
KL Rahul (Indian Captain): "Yeah absolutely, that is what was expected from us as a team. Virat and Ishan set up the match for us and the bowlers did the job for us. The scores don't suggest the wicket was tacky, getting a double hundred in 50 overs cricket is not done often. The experience of Virat at the other end guided him and it was a pleasure to watch him bat. When you have 400 plus on the board, you know that the batters will go after you and there will be chances for picking up wickets. We played bravely with that ball and the bat and sealed the deal. Every team will try and get better, this was our first series after the T20 World Cup, yes there were few injury concerns but we always try and get better with time.  Unfortunately, the first two games did not go our way, we gave our best but things did not turn as they should have been. We will carry the momentum into the Test series, hopefully, we carry the confidence into it."
6:52 PM IST | Time for the Presentation ceremony.
India levels South Africa with most 400+ scores in one-day internationals. Both the teams have 6 such scores!😲
India's biggest wins in ODI (By Runs):

IND vs BER: 257 runs (2007)
IND vs HK: 256 runs (2008)
IND vs BAN: 227 runs (2022)*
IND vs WI: 224 runs (2018)
IND vs BAN: 200 runs (2003)
A brilliant and a blockbuster win for the men in blue in this final ODI against Bangladesh as they get home by 227 runs. A terrific double hundred from Ishan Kishan who got his chance in the pecking order after Rohit Sharma wasn't available due to a thumb injury.

Kishan took the chance with both hands and spanked a brilliant 210 surpassing several records on the way. Virat Kohli scored a brilliant century, his 72nd in the international career and 44th in ODIs, to announce his arrival in form as the Indians posted 409/8 in the 50 overs. Bangladesh were dismissed for 182 and in fact fell short of Ishan's 210 by 28 runs!

The Bangladesh openers got a quick start against this mountain of total they were chasing but Axar Patel got the men in blue their first breakthrough which resulted in a big downfall. Number 3 Shakib Al Hasan scored a brisk 43 off 50 deliveries but it wasn't enough as he was sent back by another comeback man Kuldeep Yadav.

A good spell in the middle overs from Shardul Thakur where he picked up 3 important wickets further demolished the Tigers's chances of a cleansweep. Every Indian bowler chipped in at least with a wicket apiece with Washington Sundar sending back Mahmudullah who got a good start and would have taken the team closer.

Axar Patel picked up a wicket off the very first ball of his spell and came back to dismiss Mushfiqur Rahim in the 12th over. Umran Malik continued his good form and picked up 2 wickets claiming Yasir Ali and then  knocked off Mustafizur Rahman's off stump to close out the game for India with 16 overs remaining. India win by 227 runs but Bangladesh takes the series 2-1 after a brilliant display in the 2 opening games.

So in the end, finally India gets to winning ways with their biggest win margin against a Test playing nation in ODIs, this was also the final white-ball game the team is slated to play in 2022 with a couple of Test matches to be played in the same tour.

Stay tuned as we comeback with the post match presentation.
