S Makhanya( Titans Skipper): "Yeah it is a sweet one, It has come after a lot of hard work and failures. It's all about the opportunities as it is a funny game. We can't take anything for granted as we have really worked hard for this. We played very well as a team, yeah Brewis spoiled us with exceptional stuff with the bat."
Subrayen (Dolphins Skipper): "I think we played well and did not close out the big moments. We have to work on certain areas and come back stronger. The boys will be happy with the effort and loads of positives to take forward. Yes, I can understand that the fans are disappointed, but as we go back we can look back with loads of positives and come back stronger. A good season, but unfortunate to lose today. "
Ferreira( Batter of the match): "I am relieved that it is over, we knew that we need to fight hard and take our team over the line, when the 4 overs were remaining I thought it was the time to take over the bowlers."
JJ Smuts(Bowler of the match): "We came up against a quality team, Titans played very well, we were just short of a few runs, KP had good tournament but was really sad that he got injured."

Galiem finishes things off in style as Titans win this contest by 4 wickets with 2 balls to spare in a superb game of cricket we have had here. It's their 7th CSA T20 title as they have been heads and shoulders above the rest of the teams in the competition. A superb game is what we have had and heartbreak for the Dolphins as they are crestfallen here.
Chasing a stiff target of 163 for the win, the Titans lost their form batter Dewald Brevis early for 2 runs. Jiveshan Pillay also went for 18 off 20 balls. Theunis de Bruyn was fantastic while he was there as he changed the momentum with his 32 off 19 balls. Skipper Makhanya scored 13 off 9 balls. Neil Brand chipped in with 18 off 19 balls. But it was Galiem's unbeaten 32* off 22 balls and the finisher Donavon Ferreira's 40 off 25 balls that aced the chase as the Titans got home with 2 balls in hand and won by 5 wickets with 10 extras given by the Dolphins bowlers.

Earlier in the game, Titans lost their form batter Roelofsen for a golden duck on the first ball of the final to Gqamane. Thereafter, it was the Keegan Petersen-JJ Smuts show as the duo put on 115 for the second wicket. Petersen scored 63 off 51 balls while JJ Smuts top-scored with 69 off 50 balls. They lost their way a bit in the middle, but it was John Smith’s cameo of 21* off 7 balls including 20 off the last over bowled by Junior Dala that propelled the score to 162/3 in 20 overs with just one extra given by the Titans bowlers.
A wicket apiece for Gqamane, Neil Brand, and Galiem. Aaron Phangiso
despite being wicketless, gave away only 23 runs in 4 overs. They were good in
phases, but they did well to keep the score to 162. Harmer and Brevis were
taken to the cleaners in their only over they bowled each while Dala went for
45 in 4 overs since he was taken for 20 in his final over.

Full toss on the middle stump line, Galiem shuffles across and smokes it towards the cow corner region the ball runs away towards the fence for four runs.
