6.52 PM IST| Although it is regrettable for all of us that a game featuring so many Legends has been abandoned, we are powerless in such circumstances. This is Tugral Azmi signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Nikhil with our scorer/analyst Manish Bishnoi. See you again soon. You can switch to the live coverage of the CPL and other matches on our platform. Take care..!!!
6:50 PM IST| The match between England Legends vs South Africa Legends has been officially called off. Due to heavy rain and bad playing conditions, the game has been Abandoned.
6:23 PM IST: The conditions out there don't look promising. It started raining yesterday but eased out around midnight. But, the rain came back once again today morning, and it was really pouring down.

As per reports, the ground cannot be prepared for the match as there are not enough facilities to sweep the water away from the outfield and looks like another abandoned game on the cards. There is also a probability that the match could be rescheduled. We are just waiting for the official word!
Key Players:

Johan Botha has scalped four wickets at a surreal economy of 6.25 in the tournament.

Stephen Parry, England's left-arm off-spinner bowled an impactful spell against Sri Lanka, picking one wicket for just nine runs in his four overs.

Andrew Puttick, the Proteas' opener, slammed a gorgeous 36-ball 51* in the last game against New Zealand legends.
Pitch Report: The surface at the iconic Green Park has seen two high-scoring matches in the tournament so far. The track has an even bounce and assisted spinners to some extent. So, we expect a flat batting track with a slight grip for the tweakers in it.
6.20 PM IST| Hello and a warm welcome to the coverage of the 7th match of the Road Safety World-T20 2022, where England Legends will cross their swords against South Africa Legends at Green Park Stadium, Kanpur.

In the 7th T20 of the ongoing Road Safety World Series, England Legends will square off against South Africa Legends at the Green Park Stadium, Kanpur. This is the last match of the Kanpur leg of the tournament.

South Africa Legends have played two games thus far, lost one, and won one. They have two points in their bucket after a win against the New Zealand Legends. They chased down a paltry total of 99 with ease in their previous game.

On the flip side, England Legends played just one game so far and incurred a defeat. They were bundled for 78 within 19 overs and later the Sri Lankan Legends chased it down with ease.

The English side will look to turn the tide this time and open their winning account, whereas the South African veterans will look to continue with their momentum going forward.
