While chasing a target of 153 runs India Capitals got off to a good start. Gautam Gambhir and Solomon Mire opened the Innings for Capitals. They stitched a partnership of 48 runs for the first wicket. Mire looked in great touch today he was hitting the boundaries with ease and kept the run rate ticking.
Mire scored 41 runs off 23 balls with the help of 5 fours and 2 sixes. Hamilton Masakadza took the charge once Mire departed. He played a magnificent inning of 50 runs of just 34 balls. Hamilton was the top scorer for his team. Rajat Bhatia and Ashley Nurse took their team over the line. They stitched a partnership of 25* runs for the 5th wicket.
