That's it from all of us for this game. This is me, Harshdeep Singh Ahluwalia, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Akshay Bhide and scorer Yogesh Kumar. Bye Bye.

Qasim Akram | Central Punjab Skipper: "Thanks to the almighty for the first win. We will look to carry forward the winning momentum. The plan was to promote Faizan and he delivered by hitting a few blows. We have to do well while fielding and that’s the area we will look to improve in our next match."

Saud Shakeel | Sindh Skipper: "Overall it was a good effort but we failed to chase it down. The plan was simply to take on the bowling in the middle overs. So, I batted lower down the order. The only difference is that we lacked too many runs in the last overs. We didn’t want to go with an extra spinner and thought two were enough."

Shoaib Malik | Player of the Match: "I think playing under a young captain, the first responsibility should be giving confidence. Giving him assurance that whenever he requires advice, he has someone on the field. He is a very good talent and he will play for Pakistan for at least 15 years. For me, it’s about assessing the conditions and play accordingly. The start we got and Faizan’s fifty gave us a strong base for us to score big in the last overs. The goal should always be to score 40-50 in the last overs."

Shoaib Malik is named the Player of the Match.
Time for the post-match presentation.
What a thrilling encounter we had here today at the Pindi stadium in Pakistan. Both sides came out today and showed us that they are not to be treated lightly in any way given their recent run of form. In the end, Central Punjab was able to get over the line in the final over against Sindh who showed great character throughout this run chase of a score near to 190.

Central Punjab won the toss and their decision of batting first just worked out pretty well for them as they’ve put up a humongous score of 188 runs with a loss of five wickets in their set of 20 overs The contribution of the top order for central Punjab was near negligible thanks to a brilliant opening spell by Sohail Khan but the middle order provided stability to the innings and maintained a handsome amount of run flow during those important middle overs. Maiden half-century for Mohammed Faizan followed up by another half century by the reliable Shoaib Malik helped the team flow past 180 runs in their set of 20 overs.

Sindh made full use of the field restrictions in the first 6 overs as Saim was batting freely and hitting the ball all around, slamming 60 odd runs being just a wicket down. But this formidable start was not enough to get them over the line because of some dedicated line length bowling by that Central Punjab bowlers.
The way Sarfaraz batted for his half century showed a lot of boldness and courage but he didn’t have ample support in the end and they fell short of just 11 runs. A hard loss to deal with for the Sindh’s and joy all around of that victory back in the Central Punjab camp.

19.6 A Yamin to S Ahmed
1 A slower bumper from Yamin and Ahmed can only pull it down the fine leg region for a single. With this, Central Punjab beat Sindh by 11 runs to grab their first win of this year's competition.
19.5 A Yamin to M Hamza
1 A full toss on the stumps, Hamza swings at it but mistimes it straight and Yamin gets a hand to it but fails to hold onto it. Single taken.
Boundary Check. The third umpire is checking it from multiple angles. He is satisfied that Mir pulled it back. Excellent from Mir. A match-winning effort from him.
19.4 A Yamin to S Ahmed
1 That's a brilliant effort from the fielder out on the boundary. A low full toss on the stumps, Ahmed gets low and slogs it into the leg side. Mir stationed at deep mid wicket jumps in the air and pulls the ball inside the ropes. A great effort from him to save a certain six. The decision is sent upstairs.
19.3 A Yamin to S Ahmed
6 SIXXX!!!!! Yamin bowls it right in the slot on the stumps, Ahmed heaves it into the leg side and clears the square leg fence with ease. 15 required from the last three balls.
19.2 A Yamin to S Ahmed
0 A full toss outside off, Ahmed tries to hit it through the off side but misses. A precious dot ball for Central Punjab.

Akram is down and he looks in pain. The physio is attending him and there will be a little pause in play.
19.1 A Yamin to S Khan
W In the air and taken. A low full toss outside off, Khan looks to hit it straight back over the bowler's head but ends up slicing it high in the air, Mir from covers runs back and takes a very good catch. Qasim Akram from long off runs in and dives full length but Mir does well to hold onto the catch without colliding with him.
21 required from the last over. Aamer Yamin to bowl it. Sohail Khan on strike.
