NIKHIL: So, we are done here with Bengaluru Blasters winning the game as they defeat Shivamogga Strikers by 9 wickets, as they chase down the target of 173 runs.
Shivamogga Strikers started well and the first wicket partnership added 116 runs. Rohan Kadam and Sharath scored runs at a fanatic pace and managed to score a hundred-run stand at the top. Rohan Kadam scored 84 and Sharath departed right after his half-century.
For the Bengaluru Blasters, Kumar LR and Suchith took a wicket each.
In reply to the target set by the Strikers, Blasters started in the best possible way as they scored 81 runs in the first 6 overs losing 1 wicket.
Mayank and Chethan started off in a splendid manner as they scored 69 runs for the first wicket partnership as Chethan fell on a score of 34. Aneesh KV then walked in and he along with Mayank put up 107 runs and took the Blasters past the total in front of them. Mayank was sensational as he smoked 101 not out for his side.
For the Sivamogga Strikers, Only Devaiah took a wicket and that was of Chethan LR.
