That's it from our coverage from the 19th match of the Women's big Bash League. Ninaad Dixit here signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Karthik and scorer/analyst Dushyant Kumar. Stay tuned for more cricket coverage from across the globe.
Its all over here at the Allan Border field as previous year's runner ups Adelaide Strikers register their third win of the season after putting down the Brisbane Heat by 31 runs.  The Heat Women won the bat flip and elected to bowl first restricting the Strikers at 140/8 in their 20 overs.

The Brisbane Heat didn't get the start they wanted losing opener Grace Harris early in the innings, in the very first over to be precise when Megan Schutt got the better of her. Darcie Brown followed suit picking up the huge wicket of Danni Wyatt in the next over which was referred by the bowling team as it was given not out.

2 more wickets followed in the powerplay with the score at 9/4 at the end of the first stage of the innings. Amelia Kerr (18) and Charli Knott (29) then stitched a 52 run partnership. Brown then came back in the attack and chipped in with the important wicket of Amelia in the tenth over.

Jess Jonassen played some good strokes in the fag end with an unbeaten 23 off 17 deliveries but the complete Heat batting order gave up in front of some brilliant bowling performances from Schutt (4/11) and Brown (4/16). Tahlia McGrath and Amanda-Jade Wellington also chipped in with a wicket apiece as the Strikers finished the game with 20 balls to spare.
Darcie Brown, Player of the Match: They have a got a lot of big hitters. Plan was to just bowl good lengths and hope they mis-hit. Been working on the slower delivery for 3-4 years. Few of us are pretty relaxed. We don't rely on one bowler. Same with the batters. One day one batter steps up, another on a different day. I don't take much seriously.
16.4 M Schutt to L Hamilton
W THAT'S THAT!! Full-toss from Megan Schutt, Hamilton looks to go big but she only holes out to deep mid-wicket where Katie Mack ends up taking a solid catch. The last-wicket partnership gave a small scare as they added 28 runs but the reliable Schutt finished the job for the Strikers. A comprehensive 31-run win over the table-toppers!
16.3 M Schutt to J Jonassen
1 Length delivery, Jonassen drives it to long-off for a single.
16.2 M Schutt to L Hamilton
3 Full and wide of off, Hamilton drives it past covers for three runs. Elegant drive from the 16-year-old southpaw!
16.1 M Schutt to J Jonassen
1b Yorker wide of off, Jonassen reaches out and gets an under-edge. The ball bounces over the keeper for a single.
