This is it from the live coverage of this game with Hobart Hurricane Women winning it by 19 runs. That’s it for today from myself Nikhil Kalla alongside my co-commentator Megh Mandaliya with our scorer/analyst Manish Bishnoi. See you soon again with more games to follow till then stay safe.

NIKHIL: So, we are done here with Hobart Hurricane Women winning the game by 19 runs.

Hobart Hurricane Women started off in a solid manner as they managed to score 19 for the loss of no wicket in the powerplay and added a further 21 runs without losing any in the power surge overs. Lee and Trenaman batted well together for the 3rd wicket partnership as they added 49 runs together. It was for splendid innings of 33 runs by Mignon Du Preez that the Hurricane Women managed to score 125 runs.

For Sydney Thunder Women, Bates and Tryon were outstanding as they scalped a couple each While Sammy Jo-Johnson picked up a wicket too.

In reply to the target set by the Hurricane Women, the Thunder Women started off on a decent note as the openers came out all guns blazing and managed to score 23 for 1 in the powerplay. Beaumont and Litchfield batted well for the 1st wicket partnership as they scored 21 runs. Phoebe Litchfield started well as she smashed the bowlers all around the park scoring a run a ball 25 runs before departing to Graham. The flurry of wickets in the middle stages damaged the run flow as a result they failed to chase this low total down.

For Hobart Hurricane Women, Molly Strano and Heather Graham were outstanding as they scalped 3 wickets each. Nicola Carey took a couple of wickets while Gibson took a wicket too.

19.6 H Graham to T Wilson
W OUT!!! This wicket sums up Thunder's performance in this match. It was on a good length, shaping away from off, Wilson stays deep and looks to clobber that over long-on but gets the top edge that balloons up in the air, and Preez at short third man grabs an easy catch. The Hobart Hurricanes have won this encounter by 19 runs.
19.5 H Graham to T Wilson
0 Fuller delivery on the off-stump, Wilson has hit this back towards the bowler for no run.
19.4 H Graham to B Vakarewa
1 Good length delivery on the off-stump, Vakarewa has slapped this to long-on for a single.
19.3 H Graham to T Wilson

19.2 H Graham to B Vakarewa
1 Fuller delivery in the middle, Vakarewa has hit this to long-on for a single.
19.1 H Graham to B Vakarewa
0 Fuller delivery wide of the off-stump, Vakarewa looks to loft this over the infield but misses out.
23 is required from the last over. Wilson is the only recognizable batter for Thunder. Can they turn the tide?

18.6 N Carey to T Wilson
0 Fuller delivery right in the block hole and Wilson has blocked this out.
Another wide and the 100 comes up for Sydney Thunder. Carey has completely lost her line and is gifting away free runs at a crucial stage.
18.6 N Carey to T Wilson
4wd FOUR wides!!! Carey has deviated from her line and length as she drags another one down the leg, Wilson looks to flick but misses out and the ball has travelled to the fence.
18.6 N Carey to B Vakarewa
1wd Wide down the leg once again and Vakarewa leaves this too and they run a single off it as well.
18.6 N Carey to B Vakarewa
