Yes, that is it from the second ODI. We have a decider on our hands on Tuesday at Delhi. South Africa's qualification chances for the World Cup have taken a dent with this loss.

This is Anirudh Modi, signing off on behalf of my co-commentators, AkshayaKrishna Polya and Ninaad Dixit, and our scorers/analysts Yogesh Kumar and Bishal Mandal! It was our pleasure to bring you this game LIVE, see you on the next one!
Shreyas Iyer (Player of the Match): "I am ecstatic, to be honest. It was difficult to bat on when I stepped onto the crease. Kishan said that he would take the aggressor's role. I didn't want to interfere with his privacy there. I batted accordingly.

Happy with the way I batted. It was a tough condition and had to apply the process. Once it got easier, I went through with my shots. Haha, he (physio) has done a great job. . Definitely, it will take a toll on the body. Tomorrow is a travel day. I applied the same thing that I do in practice."
Player of the Match: Shreyas Iyer
Shikhar Dhawan (India Captain): "It worked perfectly for us thanks to Keshav that he chose to bat. We knew dew was going to be there, and we played at the right time. Kudos to Ishan and Shreyas for the way they batted and the partnership they had.

The ball was coming on nicely, but it was skidding, and the ball was keeping a bit low. We knew that in the first 10 overs, it was going to be difficult, so we played freely after that as the dew also came in.

Very very satisfied with the entire unit. They are young boys and will learn a lot, especially it was amazing to watch Shahbaz, it was a good debut, and he will have a good future. I am proud of all the boys as they took the responsibility and played well."
Game Changer of the Match: Mohammed Siraj
Trusted Player of the Match: Ishan Kishan
Keshav Maharaj (South Africa Captain): "We didn't expect the dew to play such an important role today, hence won the toss and decided to bat. India batted really well. We thought the track would get slower and lower as the game progressed, but it got easier to bat after the 30th over. We threw everything at them, but they found a way through it."
We are on with the presentations!
Ishan Kishan: "Thank you. Very good feeling. We won the match, and it was good to level the series. Will be waiting for the decider in Delhi. Happy to be playing here in my home ground, Ranchi. Many peoples are matching me, and happy to be contributing to the team's success. Looking forward to playing another such inning in the next game too.

See, in Ranchi, the ball doesn't come too quickly off the surface. You need to be patient with your shot selection. Needs to be more cautious while playing the strokes. It sticks in the surface a bit. I have played many games here, so I know how it behaves.

With Rabada and Nortje, you get the extra pace, which helps to play the strokes. When their deliveries were coming slow off the deck, I waited for them to appear, and while they bowled at my shoulders, I was going at them."
This is India's third-highest successful run chase against South Africa in ODIs!
Sanju Samson's ODI average has shot up to a staggering 72.75!
AND INDIA HAVE ROARED BACK IN THIS ODI SERIES! They defeat a hapless South Africa by 7 wickets to level the series 1-1 and take the game into a decider! Owing to some swashbuckling batting performances, the Men in Blue outclassed their opponents today!

South Africa won the toss and elected to bat first, the decision backfired immediately as Mohammed Siraj knocked Quinton de Kock's bails off at the start of the third over. While Janneman Malan fought for a while, he was dismissed on 25 runs as Shahbaz Ahmed claimed his maiden ODI wicket to leave South Africa in a spot of bother at 40/2 after the first powerplay.

However, after a period of consolidation, the tide turned in South Africa's favour as Reeza Hendricks, and Aiden Markram stitched a 129 run partnership for the 4th wicket to take South Africa to a dominant position of 169/2 at the start of the 32nd over. Siraj eventually provided the breakthrough, dismissing Hendricks for 74 runs off 76 balls which paved the way for India to come back. Soon after, Markram lost his bearings for 79 runs off 89 balls.

Through some tight bowling in the latter half of the innings, India managed to restrict South Africa to 278/7 from their 50 overs. Mohammed Siraj was the pick of the bowlers as his figures of 3/38 from his 10 overs stifled the South African innings and provided crucial breakthroughs.

Come the chase, the Indian openers faltered once again as the skipper Shikhar Dhawan fell once again to his nemesis Wayne Parnell. While, Shubman Gill looked imperious in his innings of 28 runs off 26 balls, he too walked back after chipping back a half volley straight into Rabada's hands.

Things looked ominous for India 48/2 but Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer had different ideas. Ishan Kishan struggled initially to keep the scoring rate up but once he found his groove the dashing southpaw carved apart the South African bowlers to establish his highest ODI score! There was disappointment in store for him as he missed out on his century when he eventually fell for 93 runs off 84 balls! Shreyas Iyer on the other hand stayed unbeaten and notched up a match winning century of 113 runs off 111 deliveries to take India over the line!

The duo's 161 run stand proved to be the match winner! Sanju Samson was the last batter in for India and he played a supporting role to Shreyas Iyer to ensure India sealed the victory in under 46 overs and RECORD THEIR 3RD HIGHEST SUCCESSFUL RUN CHASE AGAINST SOUTH AFRICA!

India will be very happy with their batting performance today considering they are missing their first choice batting order in this ODI Series. South Africa will be massively disappointed as at one point they were on track for 300+ score in their innings but they eventually fell short!

All to play in the third ODI now! Will the Men in Blue seal another series victory on home soil or will South Africa script a famous away series victory?!
45.5 A Nortje to S Iyer
4 FOURRR!! That is an appropriate finish to the match! Almost a yorker on the off-stump. Iyer opens the bat face, uses the pace of Nortje, and slices it bisecting the fielders at backward point and short third man to get a boundary as India win by 7 wickets to level the three-match series 1-1!
45.4 A Nortje to S Samson
1 Scores are level! Back of a length angling into the hips. Samson plays a short arm jab with control down to deep square leg.
45.3 A Nortje to S Samson
0 Fuller length on the off-stump. Samson drives it with a straight bat, but finds mid-off.
45.2 A Nortje to S Samson
0 Yorker into the middle stump. Samson digs it out down to short mid-wicket.
45.1 A Nortje to S Samson
4 FOURRR!! Delicate Samson! Back of a length and outside the off. Samson hops, opens the bat face, uses the pace on offer and dabs it through the third man region for a cheeky four.
