Well that's all from today folks! This is Anirudh, signing off on behalf of my esteemed co-commentator Ayan and reliable scorer/analyst Chandan! See you on the next one!
Moeen Ali | England Captain: "That was a brilliant win. We were ruthless tonight with the bat in particular. The partnership was fantastic between two brilliant players, Brook showed his class and he has the potential to grow into a big player. Some really good players who are not here, guys sitting on the bench but the future of English cricket is in safe hands. That ball from Wood was really quick, great to have him back, and he is a massive part of this team and has a massive role to play in the World Cup."
Babar Azam, Pakistan Skipper: "Definitely. The way they made 222 was pressure for us. We needed a partnership, but losing wickets meant we were behind the game. I think we use our bowlers according to the situation and today we were a bit off with our lines and lengths. Things didn't go our way and it was too much to do for our middle-order batters. I think Shan Masood getting runs is a big positive for us. I hope, we will learn from our mistakes and come back stronger in the next game on Sunday."
Harry Brook | Player of the Match: "It was very nice to have a match winning performance tonight. The conditions were quite similar through out the night, just hitting through the line of the ball and sticking to our game plans. I was just trying to get Ben on strike against spin, he is ridiculous playing against them."

AND ENGLAND HAVE COMPLETED A COMFORTABLE VICTORY IN KARACHI BY A MARGIN OF 63 RUNS! England regain their lead in this 7 match series, and the scoreboard now reads 2-1! Pakistan will be very disappointed by this defeat.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl first. The decision backfired on them in a major way as England carved apart their bowlers to register a monstrous total of 221/3 from their 20 overs. After Phil Salt's early departure and Dawid Malan's unceremonious downfall, the rest of the batters took the game by the scruff of its neck.

Will Jacks smashed his way to a quick fire cameo of 40 runs off 22 balls. Ben Duckett and Harry Brook then went onto register England's highest 4th wicket partnership in T20Is. A 139 run unbeaten stand which saw both batters smash their maiden T20I half-centuries, as Duckett finished on 70 runs off 42 balls* and Brook clobbered his way to a final score of 81 runs off just 35 deliveries*!

A monstrous total for Pakistan to chase down and all hopes rested with the kind of platforms their dazzling openers could provide. However, the entire top order failed for Pakistan as Babar, Rizwan and Ali combined to score a meagre 19 runs between them and left their team reeling at 28/4 after 5.3 overs.

Pakistan's middle order frailties were on display again as their batters failed to stay in any kind of touch with the required run rate. Shan Masood fought a lone battle to smash a half-century and end up unbeaten on 66 runs off 40 balls.

Mark Wood was the pick of the bowlers for England, as the pace express picked up 3/25 from his full quota of 4 overs.

In the end wickets at regular intervals caused the downfall of Pakistan in this chase. England will be elated, having outclassed their opponents in all departments of the game! Will Pakistan be able to come back from this loss and level the series in the next encounter?

19.6 R Topley to M Hasnain
4 FOUR!  Fuller length around off, Hasnain drills it away through the covers as the ball races away towards the fence for a boundary as the fielder at the deep is not bothered chasing it. So, Pakistan finishes with 158-8 in 20 overs as England run out victors by 63 runs to take a 2-1 lead in the 7-match series.
19.5 R Topley to S Masood
1 A low full toss here, Masood drills it towards mid-off for a single.
19.4 R Topley to M Hasnain
1 Nails the yorker, Hasnain looks to play it towards the leg side. He gets the outside edge towards the third man area for a single.
19.3 R Topley to S Masood
1 Short of a length, Masood drills it away towards deep midwicket for a single.
