6:20 IST: Just like that, the covers are once again being taken off the ground and the pitch. The rain came and it vanished quickly. One feels it was just a passing shower.
6.12 IST: The inspection was scheduled at 6.15 IST, but the rain has returned to say hi to us. The covers are back on the field and the waiting game shall continue.

5:34 IST: The covers are being gradually taken off the ground. Rain seems to have completely stopped looking at the visuals from the ground. It's quite windy at Warner Park making it a little challenging for the ground staff to take the covers off.
5:18 IST: The rain may have eased a bit, but the covers are still on. The super soper is also working on the ground. There is some activity going on in the ground than what it was before. The toss continues to be delayed due to rain. Stay tuned for further updates.
