So that's it from the 47th match in the 15th edition of Indian Premier League. I am Ninaad Dixit who is signing off on behalf of my co-commentators Akshay Bhide and AkshayaKrishna Polya who along with our scorer/analyst Paras Yadav brought you all the live actions from this fascinating match. Stay tuned on our websites and apps for more cricketing coverages all around the globe. We will meet in the next game. Until then, it's ta-ta bye, bye from us!!
Rinku Singh | Player of the match: "I am the first person from Aligarh to play the IPL. The difference between domestic cricket and IPL is just the pressure. I was waiting for my chance for a long time. I waited my chance, I was injured, made a comeback and scored heavily in domestic cricket. When I went in to bat, I was talking to Nitish Rana and we discussed to finish the game together."
Shreyas Iyer | Kolkata Knight Riders Skipper: "Right from the powerplay. The bowlers just conceded around 36-38 runs and picked up a wicket. We were talking about Umesh since the start. He bowls the hard lengths and is really hard to read even in the nets and he knows how to execute things. Narine is a great asset for the team. Whenever I give him ball he wants to bowl and get wickets for the team. On the other hand, the batters are very decisive to take chance against him so he turns out to be a very economic bowler and if he gets a wicket, he gets a big one. I was talking to my teammates in the dressing room about Rinku. The way he was playing despite being in his third game, the way he was maintaining his calm even in the pressure situation and the partnership he had with Nitish was brilliant. He is great asset for the future in the franchise and the way he has given us starts right from the first game, it doesn't look like he is a newcomer in the team. We are looking for a great start. Everytime I have to go and build a partnership. Yes I love batting in pressure but not in every game. We need that finesse in the first two three overs and at least get 40 runs for the first wicket. Before the start of the game, Mavi, Rinku and Anukul, I told them to take the difficult positions in the field because they are really quick in the field. The way Mavi took that catch to dismiss Buttler it was flying flat and his hands were amazing in that position. Being a fast bowler and going in these crucial points during fielding is commendable."
Rinku Singh is the PLAYER OF THE MATCH!
Brendon McCullum: "Really pleased with the win. Five losses on the bounce is not an easy feat to pull yourselves out of. The guys have stuck really close and we could have won two or three of those games. Tonight was a fantastic performance from a couple of guys who are very good friends in particular, Nitish Rana and Rinku Singh and they grew so much in that performance. We tend to give guys one or two games more from what they anticipate. Some guys arrived a bit late and there were a couple of injuries, couple of guys lost their form and confidence as well so it was just a merry of reasons why we had to make the changes. Anukul coming in to the side to utilise the slower side of the wicket so we had to adjust the balance of our side again and we wanted five bowlers and Mavi on this wicket against this opposition has a very good record. Its not really my way to keep chopping and changing but sometimes you just gotta make the calls that you think are right. Rinku has been around the franchise for a long period of time before the first game that he played, [I was] lucky enough to spend some time with him and he knew his own self worth and his own career and statement he needed to make in this competition and he was able to do it in the first game. He is such a great team man and a wonderful human being and the vibe and the culture of the group is set by Rinku. His elder brother in Nitish Rana as well was out there and gave him great confidence. Some players deserve the luck to go their way and Rinku is certainly one of them. Anukul was brilliant, another guy who has been around the IPL for a long time but hasn't got much opportunities."
Sanju Samson | Rajasthan Royals Skipper: "Yeah, absolutely. We didn't score much. The wicket was bit on the slower side. They bowled well too. I personally wanted to hang in there till the end and hit some boundaries. I had a niggle in my back in the last couple of days. We fielded and bowled well but needed to bat a bit better. I need to win the toss next time. We have been good in almost every department but today they were just too good. Especially they bowled well."
The Kolkata Knight Riders are back to winning ways as they defeat the Rajasthan Royals by seven wickets chasing 153 in this thrilling encounter at the Wankhede Stadium.

Earlier in the evening, Sanju Samson lost yet another toss as he called it wrong. Shreyas Iyer had no hesitance in opting to bowl first as he expected the dew factor to be challenging for the spinners later in the day. The Royals found it hard to get going as they scored slowly and lost Devdutt Padikkal early in the innings. Orange cap holder Jos Buttler (22 off 25) and skipper Sanju Samson (54 off 49) added 48 for the second wicket and the Royals score was pushed beyond 150 thanks to a brilliant finishing push by Shimron Hetmyer who scored an unbeaten 27 off 13 deliveries as RR set KKR a target of 153.

The Royals started the second innings well as they chipped in with a couple of wickets in the powerplay thanks to Kuldeep Sen who struck in his very first over dismissing Aaron Finch and then Prasidh Krishna who got the scalp of Baba Indrajith who was promoted to open the batting in the absence of Venkatesh Iyer.

The Royals bowling attack comprising of Trent Boult (1-25), R Ashwin (0-33), purple cap holder Yuzvendra Chahal (0-31), Prasidh and Kuldeep kept the scoring rate in check for the majority of the innings. Skipper Shreyas Iyer (34 off 32) and Nitish Rana held the fort and kept the required rate in check finding boundaries and sixes at regular intervals. Iyer was dismissed by Boult in the 13th over as he nicked one while trying to pull behind square.

Rinku Singh played a thrilling knock scoring an unbeaten 42 off 23 deliveries in no time hitting six fours and a mighty six to seal the game. 15 extras including 11 wides were bowled in the second innings. Kuldeep Sen bowled brilliantly and finished with 1-28 in 3.1 overs. Prasidh Krishna bowled well in the middle overs but conceded 17 off the penultimate over as KKR shot to victory on the first ball of the final over.

Stay tuned as we bring you the post match coverage.
19.1 K Sen to N Rana
6 That's the game. Nitish Rana finishes the things in style. Sen bowls a bumper outside off, Rana hangs back and uppercuts it over short third man for a biggie. With this, KKR bring an end to their losing streak of five games. They beat RR comprehensively by seven wickets with five balls to spare.
Akshaya: That four in the last ball of previous over should seal the deal for KKR. Rinku Singh and Nitish Rana have combined to rescue their side here. Kuldeep Sen will definitely bowl the last over. He has just one in the bank to defend.

4 FOUR!!! That should be the match for KKR. Rinku Singh is the man here for the men in purple. Prasidh attempts a yorker but overcooks it as he ends up bowling a low full toss, Rinku with his strong base whips it wide of long on for a boundary. Just one required off the final over now.
Sanju Samson is at the umpire and asking for a clarification. He was upset earlier with the umpire's decision and now is enquiring it politely.
Prasidh Krishna is feeling the heat and is bowling wayward deliveries.
18.6 P Krishna to N Rana
1wd Rana shuffles across and tries to scoop it over short fine leg but Prasidh on seeing it bowls it full outside off and Rana tries to hit it over short third man but misses and Sanju behind the stumps fails to collect it cleanly, allowing the batters to sneak a bye. The umpire stretches his arms and signals it wide. Sanju is not happy with the decision and he has a chat with the umpire.
18.5 P Krishna to N Rana
2 Nails the yorker on the stumps, Rana flicks it wide of long on and comes back for the second. KKR require 7 from 7 now.
18.4 P Krishna to R Singh
1 A slower delivery outside off, Rinku shuffles across and gets down on one knee and tries to slog it across the line but gets it off the toe end of the bat towards mid wicket for a run.
Samson isn't happy with the decision of umpire. Fair delivery. Just a review out of frustration.
18.4 P Krishna to R Singh
WD WIDE. I feel that's a harsh call from the umpire. Rinku moved to the off side and on seeing it, Prasidh bowls it short outside off, Rinku tries to uppercut it but misses. The umpire has signaled it wide and Sanju is not happy with the decision. He decides to review it for a caught behind.
