Player Bio

An explosive top-order batsman, Jatinder Singh is a professional cricketer for the Oman national team. Born and raised in Ludhiana, Punjab, Jatinder moved to Oman in his early teens with his whole family. He soon progressed into the u-19 Omani side for the 2007 ACC Elite Cup.

At the age of 20, Jatinder made his senior debut for Oman in 2011, playing two matches at the World Cricket League division three tournament. He soon became a permanent feature in Oman’s squad and has proven to be a match-winner on various occasions.

With Oman gaining ODI status, Jatinder’s dream of playing at the highest level finally became true. On April 27th, 2019, he made his ODI debut against Namibia but his dream soon became a nightmare as he got dismissed on a duck. After spending several years in the domestic structure with Oman, he would be hoping to make headlines in the upcoming t20 World Cup.
