Player Bio

An efficient wicket-keeper batter, Babette De-Leede is a professional cricketer for the Netherlands. Hailing from Leidschendam, she first grabbed headlines when she made her debut in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifiers in November 2015 at the tender age of 15.

Having represented the Dutch women in two World Cup Qualifiers in 2015 and 2018, Babette got the honour of being named in the ICC Women’s Global Development squad. Known for her anchoring role in the middle-order, she is a busy player and her experience has proven to be vital for other youngsters in the squad.

Chipping in with runs against tricky opponents, Babette has proven her quality when given the opportunity, and will only improve with more match practice and time in the middle.
