Player Bio

Amandeep Hardev Kaur, a left-arm wrist spinner and a right-handed batter, represents Mumbai Indians in the Women's Premier League (WPL). She was born on March 2, 2003, in Haryana and eventually started playing for her hometown’s team.

The all-rounder has an innate flair for sports, and Haryana has been generating many talented athletes. She started playing cricket on the streets and showcased her abilities. Later, she was enrolled at a coaching academy by her father, Hardev Kaur, where she developed a solid foundation and refined her skills.

With her armours, Amandeep adds a distinctive combination. She represented the Haryana women's cricket team at the start of her career. She has been contributing with the bat and the ball, putting on steady performances. She was a player to watch on the domestic circuit because of her versatility and exceptional performance under duress. She gained national fame for her crucial contribution to Haryana's national tournament campaign.

It would have been impossible for the WPL scouts to overlook Amandeep. And her potential was identified by the Mumbai Indians, who bought her for INR 10 lakh at the 2025 WPL auction in December 2024. She can demonstrate her skills in a bigger, more prestigious league thanks to this opportunity.

Although she hasn't made her WPL debut yet, the team is aware of her potential and can announce her on the big stage at the ideal moment. Everyone is waiting for Amandeep Kaur to make her dream debut, including her family, friends, and admirers. In the future, Amandeep hopes to solidify her position in the WPL and represent India internationally while donning national colours.
