Player Bio

Kashvee Sudesh Gautam is a right-arm medium-pacer, who was born on April 18, 2003, in Chandigarh, Punjab, and represents the Punjab Women’s Cricket team in the domestic circuit and Gujarat Giants in the Women’s Premier League (WPL).

She was drawn to Punjab cricket's origins since the culture gave her the chance to develop and hone her abilities. Under the direction of her coach, Nagesh Gupta, who helped her refine her talents, especially in bowling prowess, she joined a local academy. She had an incredible start to her career thanks to her commitment and rigorous training.

Gautam kicked off her domestic career with the Punjab Women’s Cricket team, where her bowling did wonders for the team. She made history by claiming all 10 wickets in an innings during a match against Arunachal Pradesh in the Women's Under-19 One Day Trophy in the 2019-20 season. This feat didn’t just bring her to the limelight and earned her the Jagmohan Dalmiya Trophy for the Best Woman Cricketer (Junior Domestic) at the BCCI Naman Award.

After her impeccable outings in domestic circuits, the WPL teams took notice of Gautam. In December 2023, she was added to the Gujarat Giants women's squad. She received an incredible bid of INR 2 crore, which at the time was the largest amount ever paid for an uncapped player. Unfortunately, an injury sustained in February 2024 ended her first WPL season.

Sayali Satghare was named the Gujarat Giants' successor for the rest of the season. However, Kashvee Sudesh Gautam did get their due in the 2025 season of the lucrative league.

Beyond the cricketing turf, she has an active presence on social media platforms, sharing her insights into her training routines, match experience, and interaction with the fans.
