Kaushani Nuthyangana is a middle-order batter, who plays for the Ace Capital Cricket Club in domestic cricket.
Nuthyangana made her domestic debut in the 2022 edition of the SLC-Women's Division One Tournament, wherein she scored 97 runs in six innings while registering the highest score of 68.
The skillful batter returned as the top-scorer for the Club in the Sky Women’s Cricket League 2022 with 69 runs in two innings.
She was then named in Sri Lanka’s squad for the home series against India but did not feature in any of the games.
In the Women's Invitational Club Tournament 2022, Nuthyangana managed to board just 35 runs in three innings.
The elegant batter is one of the 15-member Sri Lanka squad for the Women's Asia Cup 2022 and will be looking to showcase what she possesses at a bigger stage.
