Player Bio

Isabella Charli Gaze, popularly called Izzy Gaze, is a sprout in her cricketing career. Born in Haarlem, Gaze is a wicketkeeper-batter who recently earned the central contract for New Zealand.

The 18-year-old will compete with Jess McFadyen as they try to take over the role left behind by Katey Martin in the national side. She started her cricketing career by playing for Auckland Hearts and has impressed the selectors.

The wicketkeeper is currently in the limelight for getting a national call-up. She is a part of the White Ferns squad that will play in Birmingham's Commonwealth Games.

Gaze has a promising career ahead if she can cement her place in the Kiwi Women's side.
