Anunay Narayan Singh

Anunay Narayan Singh is a right-handed batter and right-arm medium-fast bowler. Born on January 3, 1993, Anunay hails from Vaishali, Bihar. 

In Ranji Trophy, the pacer made his First-Class debut for Bihar on November 1, 2018, against Uttarakhand. A month back from then, on October 14, 2018, the fast bowler batter made his List-A debut for Bihar in Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT) against Nagaland. The Bihar-based cricketer played eight games in that season and picked up ten wickets. Later in the 2021 edition of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT), Anunay made his T20 debut for Bihar as well.

The life-changing moment came when the bowler met coach, Jwala Singh at Gorakhpur. It's the same person who has a big part in the successful journey of Yashasvi Jaiswal. Since then, Jwala Singh has been an excellent support for Anunay and has helped him in numerous ways.

In the 2022 mega-auction of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the 29-year-old was bought by the Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the base price of 20 lakhs.

After plenty of ups and downs in his cricketing career, finally, Anunay will get the opportunity to show his skills and learn from one of the best T20 leagues.
