A tall, lanky seamer, Harry Petrie is a professional English cricketer for Hampshire County who gradually progressed into the second XI side after playing age-group cricket at the Ageas Bowl.
Petrie played a leading role within the U-17 competitions and gained selection into the Super 4s competition. Currently based up at Wellington school and entering his third year in the Academy, Petrie earned a national call-up from the U-19 English side for the ODI series against West Indies.
The 19-year old made his debut for the Youth side of Three Lions in the first ODI against West Indies on September 8th, 2021. Having cemented his place in the second string of Hampshire, Petrie would be hoping to secure a place in the first team in the coming years.
