Player Bio

A rampant top-order batsman, Jaskaran Malhotra is a professional cricketer for the USA. A talented allrounder of Indian origin, Jasakaran is a tall and stylish right-handed batter who has been making a name for himself in the US domestic circuit with big scores in various t20 tournaments.

Part of the Indian u-19 team, he moved to the US in 2014 for more game time and had to start from scratch. Jaskaran soon made progress and in 2018, after making his List A debut, he became a permanent feature for the national team. When the US got the ODI status, the 31-year-old made his ODI debut against Papua New Guinea on April 27th, 2019.

Since his international debut, he has featured in almost every match for the senior team and recently shot to fame, becoming the second cricketer after Herschelle Gibbs to smack six sixes in an over in ODIs. Against PNG, he amassed 173 runs, his highest international score ever, striking 16 sixes. One of the most consistent performers for the US national team, he would be hoping to fulfil his role and take US cricket to new heights in the upcoming years.
