One of the most technically sound wicket-keeper batsmen, Arachchige Krishan Sanjula is a professional cricketer for the Sri Lankan national team who plays for the Sinhalese Sports Club in the domestic circuit.
Having made his first-class debut in the 2016-17 Premier League Tournament as a teenager, Krishan was named in the Sri Lankan U-19 squad for the 2018 World Cup. Post World Cup, he made his List A and t20 debuts within a month in 2019.
Known for his composure and strokeplay, the 22-year old was drafted in the SLC Greens squad for the 2021 SLC Invitational T20 League in August 2021. Yet to make an appearance for the senior Sri Lankan side, Krishnan faces stiff competition from the likes of Niroshan Dickwella and Minod Bhanuka in the wicket-keeping department however, his technicalities from behind the stumps are tough to ignore.
