Udith Madushan

Warnakulasooriya Patabedige Udith Madushan is a Sri Lankan cricketer who nurtured his cricketing skills at the Debarawewa Central College. 

He made his first-class debut for Ragama Cricket Club in the 2016-17 Premier League Tournament. A right-arm fast bowler, Madushan is a fiery bowler, known to generate extra bounce off the surface. 

However, his first-class debut didn’t go according to the plans. The pacer was torn apart by the Colombo Cricket Club as he went for 61 runs in just 6 overs.

Madushan moved ahead after a dismal debut performance and was eventually a part of the Mannar district squad for the 2016-17 Districts One-Day Tournament. 

Even after 5 years of his domestic debut, things have not panned out as expected. Madushan has struggled to cope up with the pressure of playing in the domestic circuit and his performances have been below par, to say the least.
