Ella Claridge is an English all-rounder, who made her county debut for Buckinghamshire in 2017. She then made her way to the senior Lightning team in the Charlotte Edwards Cup 2021 and then featured thrice for the side in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy during the season.
Claridge has also donned gloves during various stints in her career that started at the tender age of 14 as she represented Buckinghamshire juniors.
In her maiden county appearance, Claridge scored her debut half-century in the fixture versus Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire. She then emerged as the top-scorer for Buckinghamshire in the 2018, 2019 and 2021 editions of the Women's T20 Cup.
Claridge's highest personal score in the T20 format came this year as she scored a 61-ball 96 against Huntingdonshire. Overall, she accumulated 199 runs in this season of the competition.
The 19-year-old was part of the Trent Rockets squad for the inaugural edition of The Hundred, albeit, did not get the opportunity to play a game. She is a part of the same franchise for the second season of the tournament as well.
