The 26-year-old Tanmay Mishra was born in Mumbai, but he has played most of his cricket in Kenya. A right-hand middle-order batsman, Mishra has had reasonable success in ODIs and Twenty20 internationals while playing for the Kenyan national team. This aggressive batsman, Mishra was signed on by the Deccan Chargers for IPL 2012 before being bought by RCB at the 2014 Player Auction.
