A right-handed middle-order batter, Rashada Williams is a professional Jamaican cricketer who represents the Caribbean nation in the Women’s Super50 tournament. Having done everything at the domestic level, she earned a callup from the West Indies for their tour to Pakistan in January 2019 but failed to break into the first team.

Travelling with the senior side for over two years, Rashada was named in Cricket West Indies’ high-performance training camp in Antigua in April 2021. A couple of months later, she finally got the opportunity to represent the Woman in Maroon against Pakistan at the North Sound Stadium. The 24-year old batter came into the limelight when she outscored the superstars, Deandra Dottin and Kycia Knight in the limited-overs series against South Africa in September 2021. Hailed as an outstanding cricketer by the legendary Courtney Walsh, Rashada is on the verge of breaking into the first team and would be looking to back it up with some impressive performances.
