Born on June 14, 1997, in Portsmouth, England, Emily Lauren Windsor is an English cricketer who currently plays for Hampshire, and Southern Vipers, in the domestic circuit. The 25-year-old is a right-arm medium-pace bowler and right-handed middle-order batter. In addition to playing cricket, she is a member of the cricket commentary team for BBC Radio Solent.

In 2013, Windsor made her County debut for Hampshire against Northamptonshire and continued her scintillating form during the 2014 County Championship, hitting 133 runs with two half-centuries. 

In 2015, Windsor scored 99 against Northamptonshire and took 6/23, setting both her List A high score and best bowling stats in the same game.

She scored 193 runs in the Twenty20 Cup in 2017, making her Hampshire's leading-run scorer. 

Windsor competed in the Rachel Hayhoe Flint Trophy in 2020 for the Southern Vipers, scoring 112 runs in six games with an average of 37.33.  She led the Southern Vipers' sinking innings in the Rachael Hayhoe Flint Trophy final, scoring 47* to lead her team alongside Tara Norris for an unbroken 78-run partnership. 

In April 2022, Emily Windsor was bought by Oval Invincibles for the second season of the Hundred Edition.
