Started her cricketing career at a very young age playing softball cricket at Arbroath. McColl also featured for the Stormers in Scotland’s Regional Series. McColl went on to feature for Scotland A and the Women’s Performance Academy, before earning her first cap in 2019.

She made her T20I debut against Germany in the ICC Women’s Qualifier Europe, before being selected for the Women’s Quadrangular Series in The Netherlands in August and the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier in Dundee and Angus in September of last year. On her debut against Germany, she bowled two overs without picking any wickets in an extremely low-scoring match.

At just 20 years old, she is the epitome of the Scotland women’s team and still has a long time to cement her place in the squad.
