Player Bio

An explosive middle-order batswoman, Pellagia Mujaji is a right-hand batter for Zimbabwe women’s team. Known for her power-hitting, she is also a devoted run-scorer who likes to rotate the strike and keeps the run flowing.

Mujaji made her debut in the 2017 Quadrangular series against South Africa, India, and Ireland women’s team. She had a disappointing start to her debut as she was dismissed for just 15 runs against the Proteas on May 15th, 2017. The next few years saw a decline in her form and as a result, she was dropped from the national team. However, a consistent show in the domestic circuit saw her included in the limited-overs home series against Pakistan in February 2021.
