A crafty right-arm leg-break bowler, Peter Hatzoglou is an Australian cricketer who has made quite a name for himself at a very young age.
Hatzoglou has enjoyed a rapid rise to the top and was roped in by the Melbourne Renegades ahead of the 2020-21 season. He had a dream start to his BBL campaign as he scalped 2 for 29 on his debut against the Perth Scorchers.
After his impressive BBL debut, Hatzoglou was drafted in the South Australia squad for the 2020-21 Marsh One-Day Cup.
In a surprise turn of events, Hatzoglou decided to switch alliances ahead of the 2021-22 BBL season and joined the Perth Scorcher squad.
So far, Hatzoglou has played 13 BBL matches and has picked up 17 wickets, at a strike rate of 16.59.
