24-year-old Aditya Dole is a medium pacer from Maharashtra who uses variations to outsmart batsmen and pick up wickets. Although he is yet to become a regular in the Maharashtra side, Dole is certainly a player with a lot of potential. He picked up 10 for 63 in an U-22 match against Rajasthan in back 2008.
Dole was signed by the Rajasthan Royals ahead of IPL 2010 and played three matches for the franchise. He will be hoping to get many more opportunities when he joins the squad in IPL 2012.
