Player Bio

A right-arm medium-pace bowler, Chloe Rafferty is an Australian cricketer who plays for ACT Meteors in the Women’s National Cricket League and for the Hobart Hurricanes in the WBBL.

Rafferty has a smooth runup and is generally known to bowl the stump-to-stump line. Hailing from Moama, Victoria, Rafferty has played quite a lot of games for the Australian Under-22 side and some impressive performances helped her to get a contract from Melbourne Stars ahead of the WBBL 03 season (2017-18).

Over the years, she failed to grab the opportunity with the Stars and Hobart Hurricanes came calling in the 2020-21 WBBL season.

Last season in the Women’s Big Bash League, she played just 3 matches and could only pick up just a solitary wicket at an average of 52.00.

Still young at the moment, Rafferty should look to refine her bowling skills under the supervision of the Hobart Hurricanes coach, Salliann Briggs.
