Player Bio
A right-handed wicket-keeper batter, Nicole Faltum joined the Melbourne Stars ahead of the Women’s Big Bash League season 03 and since then has been a regular feature for them.
She also plays for Victoria in the Women’s National Cricket League and nowadays is a big name in the Australian domestic circuit.
Her breakout season came during the WBBL season 04 where her wicket-keeping skills were out of this world and she was arguably the safest keeper during that time.
The credit for Faltum’s development as a solid keeper-batter has to go to the Victorian side who have consistently worked with her and there has been a drastic change in the way she approaches her innings.
Still relatively raw at the moment, Faltum has a lot of time left to polish her game as the Australian selectors have kept an eye on her. The youngster has all the tools to succeed at the international level.
