Another fresh crop from the Australian cricketing farm, Rhiann O'Donnell is an allrounder who bats right-handed and bowls medium pace. The all-rounder is a fine cricketer who has it all to don the Australian jersey in the future and challenges the best in the world with her sheer talent and class.

Born in Victoria, O'Donnell joined Melbourne Renegades for the 2017–18 WBBL, but she did not make an appearance. She was then contracted by Hobart Hurricanes for whom she played six fixtures to bag two wickets and score nine runs in the 2018–19 season.

The Victorian was then released by the Hobart-based franchise, but a magnificent Victorian Premier Cricket season helped O'Donnell find her spot back. The Mildura product won the 2020-21, Una Paisley Medal, after scoring 488 runs and claiming 25 wickets for Melbourne CC, which led her to resign a Renegades contract for WBBL|07.

At the WNCL level, O'Donnell has played for Victoria from 2017–19, before being released from her state contract. However, that magnificent Victorian Premier Cricket season could help the allrounder find her groove back.
