Player Bio

A rare leggie from the Caribbean Islands, Javelle Glen is a professional cricketer for West Indies.  Hailing from Jamaica, Glen first arrived at the domestic circuit for the Jamaican Tallawahs. Where he stabilised his place after some heavy run-scoring as the vice-captain of the side.

Glen’s exploit at the domestic level was rewarded with a rookie contract from St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots prior to the start of the 2018 Caribbean Premier League (CPL) but unfortunately, he didn’t get to showcase his skills. As a result, the Jamaican-born leggie was drafted into the Jamaican Tallawahs side for the 2019 CPL and made his debut against Trinbago Knight Riders on September 13th, 2019.

The youngster has shown a lot of promise at just 23 years of age and it is still early days for him. Yet to make a first-class debut, currently, his only focus is to cement his place in Jamaica’s domestic side.
