Player Bio

A left-arm spin-bowling all-rounder, Liam Trevaskis is a professional English cricketer who featured in England's U-19 squad that faced India at home in 2017 but failed to make it to the 2018 World Cup squad. After the conclusion of the 2017 season in England, Trevaskis also played for North Canberra Gungahlin in Australia.

The Cumbrian starred for Durham Academy in the North East Premier League & also took a five-wicket haul on Second XI debut to clinch the Championship crown in 2016.

Trevaskis made his first-class debut for Durham on September 25th, 2017 against Worcestershire but failed to make his presence felt as Durham lost the game by 137 runs. The 2017 season was a productive one for all-rounder Liam Trevaskis, culminating in a first-class debut against Worcestershire in the final game of the season.

Trevaskis made his T20 debut earlier in 2017, dismissing England’s Alex Hales in the match against Nottinghamshire Outlaws. The all-rounder regularly featured for Durham across all three formats of the game in their 2019 season.

Having yet to make his appearance in the 2021 County Championship, Trevaskis wants to ensure his game continues to improve and he gets more first-team action for Durham.
