Player Bio

A future star in the making, Kasey Luke Aldridge has all the tools to become a successful all-rounder in the future. He has the express pace to trouble any opposition and also has the ability to score freely in the middle order.

Born in Bristol, the all-rounder joined Somerset Academy in the Autumn of 2018.

Aldridge has played all the way through Somerset age groups, and has also played cricket for WEPL side Brislington.

In the summer of 2019, Aldridge signed his first professional contract with Somerset and was a part of the England squad for the 2020 Under-19 World Cup.

Aldridge sharpened his all-round skills with the England Under-19 squad and became a crucial member of the Somerset second XI.

Standing at six-feet four-inches tall, Aldridge’s ability to hit the deck hard and extract the bounce off the surface has made him a potent weapon in the Somerset squad. It’s just a matter of time before the Bristol born player breaks into the Somerset first XI team.
