A fast-bowling all-rounder, Nyeem Young is a professional cricketer for the West Indies cricket team. Known for his aggressive but controlled batting style, his effectiveness with the ball in hand at the death makes him a valuable asset for any team.
Having represented West Indies in two U-19 World Cups in 2018 and 2020, he showcased his skills in the 2020 World Cup and earned a place in the team of the tournament. Consistent performance at the domestic and U-19 level was rewarded with a contract from Barbados Tridents in the emerging player categories for the 2020 edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
Young has some terrific skills already in the armoury and got the genuine pace for a 20-year old. The youngster needs the right guidance at the moment for his growth and development as he is one of the emerging cricketers to watch out for in future.
