01:38 AM IST| Durham beats Lancashire handsomely as they register a 6 wicket win over them
                 Earlier in the day, Lancashire opted to bat first. Batters were managing to flourish on a bright day, but not for too long. They got the starts but couldn't make it a big contribution to take the scoreboard forward. Croft, Liam, Mitchell all managed to get their rhythm going. But from the sixteenth over onwards, momentum started shifting towards Durham. They pulled the game back and restricted Lancashire for 152 runs. It was a collective bowling effort from their end. Raine, Sowter's death bowling was the highlight of the innings.
                 While chasing the modest total, Durham looked in full control. Their openers were playing with ease. Clark dispatched some boundaries to show positive intent. Once he got out Lees continued the momentum. Jones played a crucial role in the middle order.
