That's a wrap from our side as well. We appreciate your participation from all across the world. On behalf of my co-commentator Ayan Chatterjee and Scorer/Analyst Paras Yadav, I, Deepak Prakash, am signing off. Please join us for the other fixtures across the world. Until then, Ta-Ta, Bye-Bye.✌✌
Thisara Perera(Jaffna Kings Skipper): " It's good for us, and I must once more say how well our bowlers are performing for us. My bowlers are top-notch. Dunth Wellalage didn't bowl because they have so many left-handers, he played well in the field instead."
Dasun Shanaka(Dambulla Giants Skipper): "See it's disappointing. The batting let us down and threw the wickets away in the middle phase of the game. That was where we lost it. They bowled well and we lacked the application that was needed to bat out there. I thought 121 was below par and we deserved to lose. I hope we come back and I believe in my team."
Sadeera Samarawickrama(Player of the match): "I'm overjoyed with how well I performed on the big stage. I waited for this chance and put a lot of effort into it. No harm could come to me. I backed myself and stayed true to my principles. Happy with how today's performance turned out."
Time for the post-match presentation ceremony.
6:08 PM IST | Deepak: An all-round display of performance by the Jaffna KingsπŸ‘πŸ‘ as they thumped Dambulla Aura by 9 wickets with 26 balls to spare. A back-to-back win for Jaffna Kings.🎯

Dambulla Aura scored 121 runs for the cost of nine wickets in 20 overs earlier after electing to bat first. The Dambullas' leading scorer, Jordan Cox, amassed 43 runs off just 22 balls. For the Jaffna Kings, Maheesh Theekshana and Vijayakanth Viyaskanth each claimed three wickets.

In response to 121 runs, the Jaffna Kings got off to a solid start as their openers Avishka Fernando and Sadeera Samarawickrama forged a partnership of 118 runs for the first wicket as Avishka Fernando departed after scoring 51 runs off 49 balls. Sadeera Samarawickrama remained unbeaten till the end and scored 62 runs off 44 balls to seal the game by 9 wickets for his team.

On the flip side, Noor Ahmad was the only bowler to extract a wicket as he scalped one wicket giving away 28 runs in 3.4 overs.

Stay tuned for the presentations..

15.4 N Ahmad to A Randika
4 FOUR! Good length angling into the pads, Randika comes out there and flicks it away past the leg slip fielder, and away it goes into the fine leg fence as he gets off the mark with a boundary and finishes the game in style. A convincing win for the Jaffna Kings as they win this game by 9 wickets with 26 balls left to make it 2 wins out of 2 games.

Time for a short break!! Jaffna Kings needs only 4 runs to win this game. A brilliant display of batting by both the openers.
Stumping check!! The boot is on the line and the third umpire signaled it OUT.
15.3 N Ahmad to A Fernando
W Tosses it up wide outside off, Fernando looks to go big and misses. The keeper whips off the bails and we go upstairs to the TV umpire. Fair delivery. Nothing on Ultra Edge. Onto the side replays which shows that the foot is back behind the line when the keeper whips off the bails. Oh, dear! The TV umpire has given that OUT. This is controversial and Fernando cannot believe this shocking call. Good work by the keeper. 1 down for 118. We will have the formalities of the final Strategic Time Out of the game.
15.2 N Ahmad to S Samarawickrama
1 Good length on the pads, Sadeera tucks it away to square leg for a single.
15.1 N Ahmad to A Fernando
1 Length ball here, Avishka swings it hard to the midwicket region. The ball runs away here. The fielder dives and keeps it down to a single here.

14.6 L Kumara to A Fernando
1 A low full toss here, Avishka clips it to short midwicket for a quick single. A direct hit would have been interesting, but the fielder missed in hitting the stumps. Fifty for Avishka Fernando.
14.5 L Kumara to A Fernando
0 Short and wide, Avishka steers it straight to the point fielder.
