Well, that brings us to the end of today's live coverage! It was a pleasure bringing our viewers to this game live! This is Tugral Azmi, signing off on behalf of my co-commentator AkshayaKrishna Polya, and our scorers/analysts Chandan Kr Singh/Paras Yadav! Take care and see you on the next one!
Jos Buttler receives his Man of the Series award alongside the series-winning Silverware. While he poses for the photographs, the rain comes back again.
Jos Buttler | England Captain and Man of the Series: "Yeah, it was a brilliant display with the bat. It was frustrating for players to be involved in a rain-abandoned game. It would have been nice to get a full game. It can be challenging, but you have to accept it. The World Cup is the carrot that everyone is aiming towards. These conditions must be carefully considered. Yeah, he (Woakes) was brilliant in the first over in this 12-overs aside game."
Aaron Finch | Australia Captain: "Yeah, it was. I thought the conditions got worse as the game progressed. The rain came yesterday as well. It would have been nice if we got a full game. It was difficult to bat. They were good at the fag end of the innings. But England deserves praise for outperforming us in each of the three contests. Feeling great, it's crucial that we spend some time as a group to rehydrate. attempting to rejuvenate for the World Cup by taking a break from the game for a few days."
5: 00 PM IST| The final game of the 3-match T20I series has been abandoned..!! ENGLAND SEAL THE SERIES VICTORY OVER AUSTRALIA 2-0! England had a chance today to white-wash Australia, but the whole game was spoiled due to rain.

While chasing a target of 130 (DLS), Australia didn't get off to a good start. Aaron Finch and Glenn Maxwell opened the Innings for Aussies. Australia lost their skipper Aaron Finch on the very first ball, and Mitchell Marsh followed the skipper in the next delivery. Then Glenn Maxwell and Steve Smith played carefully and scored runs irrespective of their timing, but this partnership did not last long, and Woakes also made Maxwell his victim with the score of 8 runs. Steven Smith and Marcus Stoinis tried to handle Australia's innings, and both had a partnership of 13-runs, but the match was stopped due to rain again. Due to persistent rain, the match couldn't get any further resumption, forcing the umpires to call off the match.

For England, Chris Woakes, in particular, was the hero of the bowling lineup, as he picked up 3/4 from his 2 overs.

Earlier in the day, England started off in a sluggish manner as they lost their opener, Alex Hales, in the second over. Then Jos Buttler and Dawid Malan played cautiously and scored runs irrespective of their timing. This duo stitched an important partnership of 63 runs for the second wicket. Malan (23 off 19) was dismissed by Pat Cummins. Jos Buttler (65* off 41) had completely taken command of England from one side and was scoring runs at a brisk rate. Ben Stokes (17* off 10) also supported them, and together put on 49 runs for the third wicket and helped the team set a big total.

For Australia, Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins took a solitary wicket each, respectively.

Stay tuned for the presentation!
4:54 PM IST | The two on-field umpires have a word with Finch, and they head towards the dressing room. Looks like we will have an abandoned result!! We will wait for the official update. Yes, called off! The match has been abandoned!
4:38 PM IST | OH NO! The rain is back again. The umpires have taken the players off the field. The ground staff are in with the covers. Australia are way behind in the DLS par total. But the game needs seven more deliveries to get a result via DLS. For a five-over aside game, you need to resume the match by 5:09 PM IST!
3.5 D Willey to M Stoinis
6 SIXX!! In the air and Six! He means business in the powerplay. Short in length, outside off. The width was provided there for him to free his arms. A great connection goes over sweeper covers and it goes sailing well over the boundary ropes. Perfectly execution. The rain is back and the players are walking off.
3.4 D Willey to M Stoinis
0 Back of a length delivery, on the middle. Stoinis tries to uppercut but doesn't connect it with the blade.
3.3 D Willey to S Smith
1 Length delivery, shaping away from the right-hander. Smith plays with the swing towards the off and takes a single.
Steven Smith completes 1000 runs in T20I cricket.
3.2 D Willey to S Smith
4 FOURR!! Short and wide outside off. Smith hits it handsomely to the square off the wicket, away from the point fielder, for a boundary. An excellent way to cross the 1000 T20I runs.
3.1 D Willey to M Stoinis
1 Willey comes back into the attack. Comes from over the wicket. Short of a length, angling onto the leg peg. Stoinis hangs back as he hops and nudges it right to the bowler to steal a quick single.
David Willey enters the fray.

2.5 C Woakes to G Maxwell
W WICKET! Maxwell is disappointed with himself as he puts his head down on hitting it straight to the fielder. This was a length delivery, outside the off stump. Maxwell gets his front leg out of the way and tries to lift it over the widish mid-off but mistimes it straight to Stokes inside the circle who completes a simple catch.
