Right then, It will be Australia taking on India in the final of the Commonwealth Games! It's a mouth-watering fixture and promises a lot of entertainment! That's it from us today, I am Ovaise Shariff signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Shashank Surly and scorer/analyst Chandan K Singh. Join us for the finals tomorrow at 9:30 PM IST! Until then, it's goodbye and goodnight!!
Ovaise: Australia have dominated another game of cricket, they have won by 5 wickets and have cruised their way to yet another final where they will meet India. The excellent run continues for the mighty Aussies and they are one game away now from taking the GOLD!

Earlier on in the day, Australia won the toss and opted to bowl first, Sophie Devine and Suzie Bates walked out to open the batting for the white ferns. Megan Schutt opened the bowling for Australi and immediately got the breakthrough in the very first over, dismissing Suzie Bates fo a golden duck!! Georgia Plimmer joined Devine in the middle and together they put up a decent partnership before Schutt was got back into the attack and dismissed Plimmer with an inswinger!

Sophie Devine continued to attack and chip away with runs, ably helped by the talented Amelia Kerr. Together these two took New Zealand past the 100-run mark and just when Sophie wanted to change the gear and finish with a flurry, she was dismissed by the spin of Jess Jonassen on 53 of 48 deliveries!

Amelia Kerr was 10 short of her 50 when Tahlia McGrath dismissed her, towards the end New Zealand crawled their way to the 144 run mark!! It looks like a decent pitch to bat on and New Zealand were definitely 15-20 runs short, will be disappointed with the batting effort!

Alessa Healy walked out to open the batting alongside her partner Beth Mooney who took Australia off to a wonderful start. FC Jonas and Haley Jensen opened the bowling for the white ferns and were wayward with their lines and lengths, allowing the batters to get their eye in!

Lea Tahuhu was introduced into the attack and was able to break the partnership, she dismissed the dangerous Alyssa Healy, Meg Lanning walked in and she too was sent back to the dressing room by Tahuhu who was bowling a fantastic spell! Tahlia McGrath and Beth Mooney steadies the ship and stitched a brilliant partnership and were threatening to take the game away from the New Zealand women's team when McGrath got run out and got the white ferns back in the game!!

On the 1st ball on the 14th over, Tahuhu was re-introduced into the attack and was able to dismiss the well-set Beth Mooney on 36 runs of 29 balls and at this point, Australia looked in a spot of bother. Racheal Haynes and Ashleigh Gardner got together and stitched a much-needed partnership and Australia managed to finish the game quite comfortably in the end despite losing Racheal Haynes! Grace Harris and Gardner saw their team to a comfortable victory!!

Shashank: The Fifty and Twenty overs World Champions, will have a chance to add the Commonwealth gold into their trophy cabinet when they meet India tomorrow in the final. Meanwhile, New Zealand will face-off against England to fight out for a bronze medal.
19.3 S Devine to A Gardner
1 Full and on the stumps, Gardner drives it straight to the long on fielder and picks up the winning runs!! What a remarkable effort this has been by the Aussies!!
