Post-Match Summary: With this a thrilling game of cricket comes to an end. What a superb match we all have witnessed today here at The Rose Bowl Cricket Stadium, Southampton.

Team Worcestershire won the toss and opted to have a bowl first earlier today. Hampshire came onto bat first and lost some early wickets including their skipper Nick Gubbins, who was looking great with the bat after facing 13 deliveries. They further lost some big wickets in the name of Donald and Prest. However, after this, both Ben Brown and Fletcha Middleton stitched an important 5th wicket partnership for their team. Brown and Middleton scored 47 and 49 runs respectively. Along with this Scott Currie played a game-changing knock of unbeaten 43 runs from just 27 deliveries with an impressive strike rate of 160. Because of his late but crucial contribution, team Hampshire posts a target of 237 runs on the board. Ian Holland bowled a brilliant spell by just conceding 17 runs and taking 3 wickets in his quota of 10 overs. Other than him, Turner and Organ got 2 wickets each.

After this Worcestershire came to chase, and they got collapsed in clusters from the start of the first powerplay itself. Only Ed Barnard played a tempting knock of 85 runs and that was too unbeaten. Other than him, Cornall scored 43 off 74. But in the end, they both cant sustain out in the middle for too long against the brilliant bowling attack of Hampshire.

With this team Hampshire registered a convincing victory by 44 runs in this clash.
