Player Bio

Tom Hartley is an English cricketer who represents Lancashire in domestic cricket. A slow left-arm orthodox spinner, Hartley made his first-class and List-A debut in 2020.

In his debut first-class match against Leicestershire, Hartley bowled 33 overs in the first innings, conceded 117 runs and took 3 wickets in the innings. Even though Lancashire lost the match, Hartley impressed everyone with his variations.

The left-arm spinner made his T20 debut against Durham in the 2020 Vitality Blast tournament.

In 2021, Hartley was roped in by Manchester Originals for the inaugural season of 'The Hundred'. Hartley with his spin variations can be a valuable asset for the team. He is still raw at the moment, but exposure in 'The Hundred' can do wonders for his career.
