Player Bio

A talented top-order Pakistani batter, Kamran Ghulam made his domestic debut in March 2013 for Abbottabad.

Afterwards, Ghulam was a part of the Pakistan team in the U-19 World Cup 2014. Soon, he made his T20 debut and slammed an unbeaten 36* off 13 balls against Rawalpindi.

The stylish batter hit fame in the 2020-21 edition of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, wherein he finished with 1,249 runs in 20 innings for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Upper Dir-born became the first-ever player to cross 1,000 runs in a single season of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.

In four innings of the National T20 Cup 2021/22, the elegant batter amassed 228 runs while also registering his maiden T20 ton. In six innings of the Pakistan T20 Cup 2022/23, the 27-year-old garnered 435 runs with two centuries.

Owing to his impressive performances, Ghulam made his ODI debut against New Zealand in January 2023. However, the 240th Pakistani ODI cap holder didn’t get an opportunity to debut in the red ball format despite getting Test call-ups frequently since the South Africa series 2021.

Ghulam made his Pakistan Super League (PSL) debut in 2016, playing for Islamabad United, but that was also his last appearance in the T20 league until 2022. The right-hander has been playing for Lahore Qalandars in the PSL since the 2022 season.
